Wesley Webb

Candidate for Northeast District Representative

Mr. Wesley Webb is the Chief Asset Management Program Manager for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, he oversees the personal property management program at USCIS offices in the United States and abroad. Mr. Webb’s twenty-plus year career with the federal government spans numerous federal agencies in the District of Columbia (DC) metropolitan area and Europe.

Mr. Webb is an Army veteran who served over five years at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. During this time, Mr. Webb was deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He served his country honorably and was awarded several Medals of Honor including: the Southwest Asia Service Medal, two Bronze Stars, and the Kuwaiti Liberation Medal.

An avid community servant, Mr. Webb enjoys “giving back!” He currently serves as the President of the 100 Black Men of Maryland, Baltimore Chapter. Through his leadership he has stabilized the organization and has positioned the Chapter for growth by increasing the number of financial members and enforcing minimum service hour requirements.

Mr. Webb is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and is affiliated with the Tri-Sigma Graduate Chapter in Montgomery County, MD. He spearheaded the effort to create the Taylor, Morse and Brown (TMB) Foundation and served as its first President. The TMB Foundation is a charitable tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) organization focused on outreach and development in underserved communities.

Mr. Webb has previously served on the following Boards in Washington, D.C. metropolitan area: • Gandhi Brigade,
• Montgomery County Committee for Ethnic Affairs, and
• United Nations Association of the National Capital Area.

Mr. Webb holds a dual master’s degree in Business Administration and Sustain Based Leadership from the University of Maryland University College. He received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland University College’s European Division located in Heidelberg, Germany.

Mr. Webb is originally from Marion, IN and currently resides in Silver Spring, MD with his wife, Mechelle D. Johnson-Webb, Esq.,MPH and their Scottish Terrier, Bentley.
