VISION STATEMENT
While the 100 Black Men of America and local chapters go through the process of developing the “New Norm” for interacting and engaging with members and stakeholders, it is imperative that we continue to have laser focus on the execution of our core programs.
I will work with chapters within the District to make sure they have access to all tools and information required for sustainability and growth, focusing on:
- Chapter membership development and leadership succession planning
- Identification and execution of virtual / online training programs
- Transparent, timely, and open channels of communication at all levels of the organization
